"The Switch" that hitters should try, how grenades got their shape and the best weekend in Jupiter
1 - AWESOME BASEBALL PRODUCT TO TRY
ProXR - The Switch
Most hitters are familiar with the Axe handle, but many don’t know about their competitor, ProXR which has grown in popularity amongst many big leaguers, like Pete Alonso for example. The ProXR knob is different in many ways but mostly in that it promotes the proper bottom hand wrist angle to provide the most barrel whip for hitters.
The downside to the Axe handle is you had to buy an Axe bat in order to get the benefits of their innovative knob. But ProXR has turned this bat knob technology into an attachment that you can put on any metal bat. BRILLIANT!
So now, you can get the benefits of the bottom hand grip technology and put it on your favorite bat. For just $20, it is something every hitter should try that could help their performance.

Grenades Are Shaped Liked Baseballs
During World War II, the U.S. military designed a grenade to be the size and shape of a baseball, since “any young American man should be able to properly throw it.”
How Many Baseballs Are Used In A Season?
A typical MLB game goes through 90-120 baseballs with the average lifespan of each ball being 5-7 pitches. Over the course of a season, including playoffs, nearly 1 MILLION baseballs are used in games!
Speaking Of Baseballs - What’s Inside?
Baseballs contain a cork center that is called “the pill” that is wrapped with two thin rubber layers. The pill is then wrapped in wool yarn that when fully stretched out would add up to 316 yards, over THREE football fields of yarn inside a baseball!

1 - INTERESTING BASEBALL THOUGHT
This weekend marked the 25th annual Perfect Game WWBA World Championship in Jupiter, FL. It is the most elite travel baseball tournament in the U.S. each year that almost every top prospect in the country competes in along with 700+ MLB scouts, college coaches and agents in attendance…who drive around in golf carts, lined up around the dozen or so fields at the spring training complex.
Future MLB stars, sons of former MLB stars and current/retired big leaguers can be found there in attendance. The magnitude of the event cant be overstated and is something that I would recommend any baseball fan attend at some point.
And as a kicker, Jupiter is home to some of the best golf courses in America, so bring your clubs and make a week out of it that you won’t soon forget.
